Welcome to the online resource center and idea exchanging place for users of the Lee Hart/TMSI Battery Balancer kit!

The Battery Balancer is a system that keeps a set of batteries in an electric vehicle "balanced" by shuttling charge to the weaker/lower capacity batteries in the pack so that all batteries will all reach empty at about the same time when they are discharged, and full at about the same time when they are recharged.

The Battery Cycler is a device for testing a battery or cell by discharging it at a constant current and then recharging it. It measures volts, amps, and amphour capacity, at user-selectable current and voltage thresholds.
